Pharma’s Dirty Little Secrets

How many times has Pfizer pled guilty to health fraud?  Multiple times.

Pharmaceutical giant Pfizer who  is pushing out a covid vaccine that has a laundry list of known side effects, including death, has a rap sheet of prosecutions and plea bargains longer than most criminals serving life sentences in prison.  

Pfizers history is more than checkered, it’s criminal activity.   They have pleaded guilty to fraud, have been convicted of a multitude of criminal and civil crimes, and paid the largest criminal fine ever imposed in the United States – USD $2.3 Billion for fraudulently marketing their arthritis drug Bextra, which had known fatal side effects, as a relief for acute and surgical pain.  

Here’s a brief glimpse of Pfizers track record for safety and ethics produced by Matthews & Associates solicitors in the United States.

• Pfizer received the biggest fine in U.S. history as part of a USD $2.3 Billion plea deal with federal prosecutors for mis-promoting medicines Bextra and Celebrex, and paying kickbacks to compliant doctors.
• Pfizer pleaded guilty to fraudulently marketing the arthritis drug Bextra as treatment for acute pain and surgical pain relief. 
• Pfizer deliberately mislead regulators about the hazards of heart valves they manufactured, which were defective, and lead to the deaths of more than 100 people.  They paid a fine of USD $10.75 Million for misleading regulators.
• More than USD $60 Million was paid by Pfizer to settle a lawsuit over Rezulin, a diabetes medication that caused patients to die from acute liver failure.
• A jury found Pfizer committed racketeering fraud in the marketing of their drug Neurontin, and paid USD $142.1 Million to settle the charges.
• Pfizer violated international law, including the Nuremberg Convention that was established after WWII for Nazi experiments on unwilling persons, for using Nigerian children without their parents consent to test an experimental antibiotic called Trovan.  Pfizer paid USD $75 Million to settle the Nigerian court action, and paid an undisclosed amount to settle the U.S. Federal Court action.
• Pfizer paid USD $430 Million to settle criminal charges that it had bribed doctors to prescribe its epilepsy drug Neurontin for indications for which it was not approved.
• Pfizer paid USD $45 Million to settle charges that its subsidiaries had bribed overseas doctors and healthcare professionals to increase foreign sales.
• In the UK, Pfizer was fined EU90 Million for overcharging the National Health Service 25 times more than the posted fee schedule.
• Pfizer is currently battling hundreds of lawsuits over Zantac, a popular heartburn medication, which lawsuits claim contains NDMA, a cancer causing substance.

Although this is a mere sampling of Pfizer’s legal history, this company clearly has a laundry list of dirty little secrets. Criminal and civil prosecutions, convictions for fraud, racketeering and bribery, charges for crimes against humanity and unlawful experiments on Nigerian children.   They’ve paid billion of dollars in fines for their crimes, and they’ve paid undisclosed amounts to settle criminal and civil charges to hide a myriad of other wrong doings.  They’ve also  admitted to paying tens of millions of dollars to doctors and healthcare professionals around the world as bribes to promote their products.  And now you’re being told to trust them with their experimental covid vaccine.

Paying bribes and billions of dollars in fines, not to mention the undisclosed amounts they have paid to secretly settle matters, is just the cost of doing business for Pfizer.  They are a serial repeat offender who’s executives and directors are never personally convicted, and therefor will never be imprisoned.  It doesn’t matter if the company knowingly injures or kills someone, they simply pay a fine or make a settlement, and then continue in business to make billions of dollars in excess of whatever it may have cost them to payout.  Imagine if you could rob a bank, and regardless of whether you injured or killed bank clients in the process, “if” you got caught the only consequence was to pay a fine and you kept all of the excess money from the robbery.  Then imagine if you were now free to  make another heist.  

Given Pfizers history and pattern of operation, how could anyone in their right mind ever consider rolling up their sleeve for their covid jab, or from any covid vaccine manufacturer for that matter,  given the makers have been granted legal immunity from any injury or death they may cause?  If these vaccines are truly as safe as promoted, why do their makers need blanket immunity?

Pharma’s dirty little secrets aren’t so secret when the word gets out.
